They can be made according to two different processes: either using natural wood from deciduous trees with their innate durability in the face of natural elements, or using high-temperature treated wood (HTT) for reinforced resistance to aggressive insects and fungi for instance. This specific treatment acts on the wood's molecular level, improving its technical features in terms of rigidity and inalterableness. All species used are PEFC-certified – which is a label rewarding ecologically-managed forests.
