Cladding for a detached house - Cladding thermotreated
(93), France
THT poplar cladding for an intimate setting.
When restructuring and extending this detached house in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais (93), an area of Paris, high-temperature treated poplar cladding (cladding thermotreated) was prescribed to add a warm and intimate touch to the building's exterior.
When combined with the various old and new materials used in the building, the wood blends well into the overall decor and matches the joinery features and terrace perfectly.
The finished result invites you to stop and sit for a moment with a cup of tea and a good book to soak up the peace and quiet of this individual setting right in the centre of the town.
