Technical characteristics
Ducerf offers a selection of qualities established from classification standards for oak sawing from the APECF:
- Cabinetmaking : Grades Q-S A/Q-S 1
- Fine cabinetmaking joinery : Grades Q-S 1/Q-S 2
- Select joinery : Grades Q-S 2/Q-S 3
- AD or KD wood
Thicknesses: 18 - 27 - 34 - 41 - 45 - 50 - 54 to 65 mm
Lengths: 2 m and +
All our boards are received and measured before shipping, under shelter in a warehouse dedicating to receiving clients:
- The AD wood is commercially dried or pre-dried
- The KD wood is kiln-dried between 10 to 15 % depending on thickness
